Let’s face it there are a lot of people with the same skill sets or product. That doesn’t mean that they can do a better job but have you ever been in a situation where when you were the exact right person for whatever the person you’re interacting with needs?
Maybe you could even see yourself getting that sale or date or job and looking down the line growing in your career, making a huge difference for people and making a lot of money only to have someone else close the deal and you were left wondering how could they make such a dumb decision? You’re overqualified – Sometimes it’s true, sometimes it’s a code (it’s usually a code) but there’s a way to handle this that will get you what you want.
You’re not experienced enough – Maybe it’s true but does it always matter. I mean, after all you’re ready to take the next step to bigger projects. And if you’re not ready – well, that’s part of what this training is about.
It’s too expensive – you’ll learn how to deal with this later.

Well I have built a very successful career in the highest value selling there is – I sell opportunity. The opportunity to take your career on the path you want, to give your family the things that will make them happy, safe and secure and I sell it to you in a way that you’re absolutely sure that it’s the right thing for you.
And the reason I call this high value selling is that you can recover from a bad real estate deal or buying the wrong car but if you buy the wrong opportunity, move your family across the country or even to a different country, should it go wrong you could lose your family and I will not do that to anyone.
The best thing about using these techniques and principals is that people will be happy they interacted with you and will be happy to help you in the future.
So by helping you now, I can help myself. And don’t get me wrong – I do want to help you get what you want. After all I’m not going to hire everyone myself. But the more people who are successful, the easier my job becomes.
And the higher you’re up on the food chain, the more likely I’ll be contacting you about your dream job. Now, you may find yourself asking, who is this guy? He can’t be an Executive Recruiter; they’re only calling those people who are in the “inner circle”, those Presidents with the Golden Handcuffs or those FOPs – Friends of Presidents.
Sure, I call those people and sometimes they’re really, really good people, sometimes not and guess what – they all have a secret.
They can influence and persuade.
One way or another, they were able to make those connections that allow them to grow their careers, make sales and get recognized for the things they’ve accomplished.
I’ve studied Influence and Persuasion technologies for almost twenty years and am a Licensed Certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner and a Certified Hypnotist. I use these skills every hour of every day not only to influence candidates and hiring managers but more importantly, to influence myself.
Using this technology easily, quickly and naturally gets you through the many personal and professional interactions you’re going to have effortlessly turning them from a hit and miss transactional situation to you closing the sale.
